30 Days of Self is a monthly self-reflective guide to encourage you on the journey of achieving a heightened sense of self-awareness.


Each monthly course explores topics that frequently cause people of all generations to question their self-worth.  


The course material packages vary by the level of membership. Each lesson includes research-based wellness resources developed by Whitley Charee, original self-reflection exercises, exclusive video content, private accountability sessions, and other tools to help you remain focused on elevating internally.
