Self Care is Also Watching What You Eat! 

It is very easy to get caught up in the glam of self care. Just as self growth requires you to dig inward so will true self care.

What you put into your body is one of the most, if not the most important thing within your self love journey! You can't truly love your entire self and continue to feed it poison.

DON'T worry, 

I am not saying everyone HAS to be vegan, but I am sure your diet could use some sprucing up! 

Things to avoid when you want to nourish your body; 

  • Avoid fast food.

  • Avoid deep fried foods.

  • Avoid food that have no nutritional value. 

  • Include more plants in your everyday meals.

  • Be present while eating instead of watching tv.

  • Make more food at home.

  • Buy organic if you can.

They objective of food is to give us nourishment and energy! If you are getting tired, instead of energized something in your diet is weighing you down!
